We are a mobile yoga kids company located in the Chicagoland area, dedicated to purposefully crafting transformative experiences for children, teens, parents, caregivers, teachers, and any participant interested in exploring the realms of yoga, body movement, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning (SEL).

  • Journey Lab yoga classes cultivate a safe space, fostering strong connections among children, teens, and participants and encouraging them to express themselves freely, nurturing creativity and imagination.
  • Our children’s classes are child-centered.
  • By nurturing the mind-body connection through yoga from an early age, children develop self-awareness, helping them comprehend how their thoughts influence their emotions. This understanding is fostered through books, games and various activities.
  • Teaching diverse yoga breathing techniques and engaging games equips children with valuable tools for daily life. This encourages active listening, presence, calmness, enhanced communication and problem-solving.

・Little Yogis Sessions Ages 3 - 6 years old no adult participation required
・Shining Yogis Sessions Ages 7 to 10 years old no adult participation required
・Wise Yogis Sessions Ages 11 - 15 years old no adult participation required
